Returns Policy
HOW TO RETURN
During the current Covid situation please contact us regarding returns.
If you are wanting to exchange an item please ring us on 07968584611 so that we can check the stock situation before you travel. If items are not in stock we will endeavour to arrange a replacement as soon as we can.
*Please Note: If you are returning an item and you are wanting an exchange for a different size or you have ordered incorrectly then the return postage must be paid by the buyer.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any items to us in its original condition* within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will only be granted within this timescale.
*Original condition is classed as unworn or unused so please take all reasonable care and keep all packaging and labels.
*If you change your mind once ordering a refund can be issued within 7days
After this timescale a credit will be issued via email .
PERSONALISED ITEMS
If requesting personalisation on any garments please ensure you check the sizes and spelling you require. Refunds cannot be offered once items have been printed with personal names/initials.
FAULTY ITEMS/GOODS FOR INSPECTION
We allow a 14 day period for the return of any goods.
In some cases if we feel that we would like further advice from a manufacturer to ascertain if the item has a manufacturing fault or if the item has been misused, we reserve the right to return the item to them for their inspection and comments. We will make sure this is done in a reasonable time and we reach a conclusion as soon as possible. Please note, we cannot accept photographs as proof of a fault and need the item to be returned to us in order for us to be able to replace. We cannot send out a replacement before receiving the faulty goods back.
Please email us and put a cover note in any returns.
All goods must be returned to us washed and in clean condition. For Health and Safety reasons we cannot inspect and process any goods that are returned in a soiled condition.
